Terms of Sale
- All purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of any of our products is prohibited.
- All prices are listed in EUROS. Any purchases and associated shipping will be charged in EUROS.
- The Soundtracks team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders which go against our policies.
- As this is a made to order item, all purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, returns, etc. will not be permitted.
Terms of Shipping
- Items will be shipped from France.
- We are not currently able to deliver to the Gaza Strip, Yemen, Somalia, Soudan, Belarus. Shipping is available to all other locations. However, please note that shipping to Ukraine, Russia and Israel may experience important delays.

All shipping options are tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.
For international orders the tracking will be available :
- until distribution for 42 destinations: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland- To the French border for other destinations.
- To inform us about any address changes prior to your purchase being shipped, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or the "Contact" page on our store. Once the leftover sale period has concluded, no address changes will be accepted.
- Digital items will be distributed to the email address used to make your purchase, after all physical orders have been dispatched. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication with you regarding your order.
- Soundtracks team will not be liable for replacing orders that are incorrect or undelivered due to buyer or postal service errors. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will not accept returns.
- Buyers will be responsible for paying any VAT, customs, or import fees incurred by their purchase.
